Altar Boy Camp – Day 1

Today began our 1st Annual Altar Boy Camp. It was a great day and all had an enjoyable time. We had prayer, talks, training, food and fun. Here are a few pics from today.

After prayer, I began the day with a tour of the church. I invited the boys to see the confessional from my side. “You never know if you might sit there some day!”

After my tour, Nathan gave a talk on reverence.

Of course there was some fun recreation.

We did a session on how to serve the Missa Cantata in the Extraordinary Form. There was a session on sacred vessels and vestments. And of course there was food.

Keep an eye out for more pics tomorrow!
