Church of the Holy Ghost, founded in 1913, is the mother church of Tiverton. Founded to care for the growing numbers of settlers as Tiverton began to transform from a farming community to the home of those who served in the local mills. Today, Holy Ghost is the largest parish in the area with over 2,000 families. The parish is active in prayer, outreach and community activities.

I saw the notice of your Latin Mass in The New Bedford Standard Times religous announcements. Is the Latin Mass you celebrate the same as the one celebrated prior to Vatican 2?

We currently offer the Novus Ordo Latin Mass. However, after I learn the Extraordinary Form in the beginning of the new year, we will change the Mass to the Extraordinary Form.
