Chances are $5.00 each with only 200 chances being sold. You can purchase tickets at the rectory or by contacting Lucille & Bob Lapointe at (401) 624-6748 or Elaine Fleming at (401) 624-2447. Drawing will take place November 13 at the close of the bazaar with all other raffles.

Kitchen Donations

There will also be a list of food items needed for the bazaars kitchen. Please come by look over the list and see if there are any items you might be willing to donate. Your help will be very much needed and appreciated.

Books! Books! Books!

Fatima Rogers is running the Books Booth and may be reached at 625-5541. If you’re an avid reader and don’t know what to do with your books, donate them to the bazaar! It’s a great way to recycle the books you’ve read and to buy some that you haven’t, at a fraction of the cost!

Calling All Bakers

The Gourmet Table has been renamed to “Treats and Sweets” and we need your help for the Bazaar.  Please call Christine Tripp, table chairperson at 625-1675 to let her know what you will be bringing.  All types of baked goods are needed, homemade candy, fudge, cakes, cookies, etc.  If you don’t bake, ingredients are also appreciated.  The costs are going up and we would like to keep our prices down.

Volunteers Needed

As in the past we will need volunteers to work the bazaar on both Saturday & Sunday and the three nights before ( Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) for gift basket creating, as well as Sunday November 6 for hall layout. We will have sign up sheets available after all masses on the weekend of October 22 & 23. It takes a total effort by all to make the bazaar a success so please give us all the time you can.

Handmade Items Needed

Looking for handmade items for the bazaar.  If you haven’t been sewing, knitting, or crocheting all year long, you still have time to make something.  Infant sweaters, booties, and blankets are always a good seller; however, anything you’d like to make would be most appreciated.  Please contact Carol Garvey @ 625-1036 if you have any questions.  Thank you.

In-house Raffle

In-house Raffle Table needs new items, great and small, including wine and liquor, to create theme baskets.  The more items we receive, the better the variety we can create!  Contact Mary Ann Grota at 624-2708.
